EU foreign ministers to debate Kosovo mission delays - 26.05.2008
EU foreign ministers are meeting to discuss looming delays of the bloc's
mission to Kosovo, with the lack of a UN blessing for Europe's judges and
policemen to take over from international observers proving a major
obstacle. Meanwhile, Poland and Sweden are set to push their idea of
boosting links with the EU's eastern neighbours.

The EU on Monday admitted there may be some delays in the deployment of its
mission to Kosovo, but insisted they would not be "dramatic." The bloc's
foreign ministers also agreed to sign a pre-accession deal with Bosnia and
Herzegovina next month.
